Oil Spill Containment Boom ShoreMax is a special purpose oil spill boom for use in shallow water environments or transverse between the beach and the sea.

It features a water ballasted skirt, consisting of two bladders joined by a perforated bulkhead, which makes this boom useful on shorelines, coastal marches, beaches and swamps.It is especially effective in areas subjected to tidal fluctuation. The freeboard is provided by an inflatable (or foam filled) buoyancy chamber, which allows the boom to function like a conventional curtain booms in deep water.

Design ingenuity, product quality and customer satisfaction are built into every Containment Boom we sell. All of our Containment Booms carry a two-year warranty against defects in material and workmanship. All booms have filament reinforced welded end seams; ballast chains are bolted to resist boom wear and tension cables are sheathed in vinyl. The containment booms also feature international standard end connectors.
