Model 86 LV Low Voltage Parts Cleaning Machine

The team at Bulbeck EnviroSolutions have developed a unique Low Voltage Solvent Parts Cleaning Machine. Leader of the design team, John Coleman, explained that with the increasing emphasis on
Occupational Health and Safety and the need for many of our larger customers to meet strict OH&S guidelines, the team developed a machine which is IP65 Rated, Triple Insulated and uses a 12volt pump.

The Solvent Parts Washer is based on the popular Model 86 Parts Cleaning Machine. The Model 86 LV Machine operates on a 12V DC system with all electrical components housed in IP 65 rated enclosures. This unit is triple insulated and ideal for operation in wet areas.
At the flick of a switch the light comes on and hydrocarbon-based safety solvent is pumped through the flexible hose and brush to clean a variety of parts. The solvent drains back through a strainer into the base as part of the recirculation system.

Other recent developments include a Filtered Parts Washing Machine, the F07, which is incorporated with a unique quadruple filtering system to ensure constantly clean solvent. This is the only machine available that consistently achieves ISO1613: An internationally recognised standard for measuring solvent cleanliness and quality.
