Robyn has recently notched up an impressive 21 years with the company and there is very little she doesn’t know about the company. Robyn does an outstanding job with her various roles within the administration Team, particularly ensuring all of our suppliers are paid on time.

Anne Smith

Operations Manager and Administration

Anne has been with EnviroSolutions for 20 years and like Robyn, has been a major contributor to the growth of the company. As operations manager, Anne manages our scheduling system ensuring our sales and service teams are in the right place at the right time and that all services are carried out to a level beyond our customers expectations.

David Bell

Fleet and Warehouse Manager, Machine Technician

David started with EnviroSolutions in 2004 and now plays an integral role in the day to day operations. David manages our warehouse and ensures our service and sales teams have all the equipment and products they need to take care of customers. David repairs machines in our workshop as well as attending to maintenance issues at customer sites. He also has the important role of managing our fleet of trucks and vans ensuring the safety of our team

 Joe Curk

Warehouse and Workshop

Joe started with EnviroSolutions in the beginning of 2009. He is currently learning the ins and outs of our warehouse and assisting David. 

Phil Morris

Phil founded Greaseaters (now Bulbeck EnviroSolutions) in 1975. In 1994 he sold part of the company to the Bulbeck Group and sold his remaining share in 1999. Phil still works 1 day a week in our workshop supporting David as well as playing a vital role sourcing machine components and helping to improve and develop machinery and equipment.

Scott Withers

Serviceman and Spill Control Sales

Scott started with EnviroSolutions in 2004. Scott services Parts Cleaning Machines, Hot Spray Wash Machines and collects waste from our Industrial and Mining customers in the Hunter Valley. He also has a number of local customers. More recently Scott has joined the Spill Control Team helping with product distribution to Mining Companies in his service area.

Chris Burrows

Service Technician

Chris services Parts Cleaning Machines, Hot Spray Wash Machines and collects waste from our Industrial and Automotive customers in and around Newcastle, Central Coast as well as servicing our Port Macquarie and environs customers to the the North.

Les Soars

Service Technician

Les started with EnviroSolutions early in 2006. Les services Parts Cleaning Machines, Hot Spray Wash Machines and collects waste from our Industrial and Automotive customers in Newcastle and Hunter areas.

Brett Lee

Sales Manager

Brett started with EnviroSolutions in 2000 as a Service Technician. In 2001 he was integral in helping to set up our Spill Control Division. Today he heads up our Spill Control Division as well as managing our sales team. Brett develops Spill Control Plans, runs training seminars, sets up Spill Control equipment and provides on-going service for a large number of customers throughout NSW and other parts of Australia.

Bruce Watson

Spill Control Account Manager

Bruce started with EnviroSolutions early in 2005 and now plays an important role in our Spill Control Division. Bruce develops Spill Control Plans, runs training seminars, sets up Spill Control equipment and provides on-going service for a large number of customers throughout Newcastle, the Central Coast and North Coast.

Stephen Luxton

Bulbeck Industrial and Oil Vac Manager

Stephen has been with the company an impressive 31 years. In this time he has progressed starting out as the Junior Purchasing Officer, to now being the Manager of Bulbeck Industrial and Oil Vac Division. Stephen works with the other members of the sales team to promote the business throughout NSW. The Industrial and Oil Vac Division products include Oil Vac Lubrication Equipment, Transmissions, Epoxy Resins and Grouts, Water Filtration, Safety Footwear, as well as various industrial related products.

John Coleman

Buisness Development Manager

John joined the team in 2007 and has been instrumental in expanding the complete workshop package.

Richard Tonkin

General Manager

Richard started with EnviroSolutions in 1998 and over the last 9 years has supported the team as the business has grown from a small business manufacturing and servicing Solvent parts cleaning machines to the current operations which include, Spill Control, Waste Water Treatment Systems, Hot Spray Wash Machines, Parts Cleaning Machines, Industrial Cleaning Equipment and a range of Chemicals.
