Bulbeck EnviroSolutions commenced operations as a manufacturer and supplier of the Popular Greaseaters Parts Cleaning Machines to the Automotive and Engineering industries. The company, now in its third decade, has gone through many changes, notably our incorporation with the P D Bulbeck group, allowing increases in both staffing and equipment investment.

With the increased security and support obtained from this merger our company now offers our clients a service and range of products second to none, which includes spill containment equipment and training coupled with a unique service agreement to ensure compliance with statutory requirements; a complete workshop package ranging from parts cleaning machines and waste removal; safety cleaning and degreasing products and personal hygiene products; Tradewaste equipment including Oil Water Separators, Water Recycling Systems, Gross Pollutant Traps and associated products; Industrial Cleaning Equipment including high pressure cleaners, vacumes, scrubbers.

Parts Cleaning Machines for Sale and Lease

Bulbeck EnviroSolutions manufacture and service a range of Parts Cleaning Machines for every application including: Hot Sray Wash Machines, Conventional Solvent Parts Cleaning Machines, Grit Blasting and Gun Wash Machines.

This range of Machines enables Bulbeck EnviroSolutions to provide a complete Parts Cleaning System.

Waste Collection and Disposal

With the tightening of environmental laws a need has been created for a complete Workshop Waste Management Service.  To assure compliance for our clients to the requirements of the relevant statutory authorities in the correct disposal of the various waste streams, we have formed strategic alliances with several accredited companies for the transport and treatment / recycling of waste streams. Fully and compliant waste tracking is provided, ensuring security for our client’s waste streams.

Spill Containment Equipment

In a major expansion of our product and services to our customers, in 2001 we commenced offering a range of Spill Containment and clean up products. Coinciding with product sales we initiated a unique service program for spill response equipment on site. We are the only company in the Hunter Valley region that offers Spill Kit Servicing, (other suppliers simply sell product and leave) where our service is designed to support our customers with their Environmental Duty of Care and monitors kit component usage.

We have a number of options available from small vehicle kits and larger mobile wheelie bin kits, marine booms and associated kits, through to larger custom built kits tailored to suit any requirement. Our range includes General Purpose Spill Kits, Hazardous Material Kits and Hydrocarbon (oil) Specific Kits, Blood & Body Fluid Kits and Marine Kits, together with floor sweeps and absorbents.

We have recently introduced our Service Program to the Golf Course Superintendents Association. With their endorsement we are running workshops across Australia for all Golf Courses. This initiative has opened the doors to 2000 new prospective customers.

Our Hand Cleaning Station was developed through our Cleaning Division and has proven to be extremely popular with our customers.

Trade Waste Equipment

Clearmake, Australia’s leading manufacturer of Oil Water Separators, Water Recycling systems, and related Quick Break detergents and chemicals, has appointed Bulbeck Envirosolutions as their NSW agent.

 The Oil / Water separators range in capacity from 1,000L to 250,000L per hour treatment capacity, and feature Coalescing tube technology and stainless steel construction.

 The Water Recycling systems allow treatment of wash down and waste water to provide valuable re use, and savings in discharge fees and disposal treatment costs.

Industrial Cleaning Equipment

Similarly, after an extensive evaluation and comparison, we have added the Karcher range of industrial grade pressure cleaners to our range of services. Karcher has a cleaning solution for every application, using hot or cold water, vacuums and scrubbers, and a range of specialized systems such as pipe cleaning, etc. The equipment features robust pumps and overall construction, and are designed to deliver superior service in commercial and industrial applications. To compliment the Karcher range several machines from Lavorwash and Nilfisk  are also available.
